Your use of this site indicates your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Purchasing from Vision Bulbs also indicates your agreement with the Terms & Conditions outlined herein.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio/video clips and software, is the property of Vision Bulbs and are protected by international copyright laws. All service marks and trade names are proprietary to Vision Bulbs. All other trademarks not owned by Vision Bulbs or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Vision Bulbs. The use or reproduction of any material found on this site requires the written authorization of its owners. Any unauthorized use of the materials may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Product Disclaimer

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that Vision Bulbs products are authorized for use on public roadways and that they are complying with any/all local, state/provincial, and federal laws.

Vision Bulbs offers support and assistance with the installation of its products, but it is advised that purchasers take their vehicle to an experienced body shop for installation.

Vision Bulbs will in no way or form be responsible and/or liable for the use or misuse of its products. Vision Bulbs excludes itself from all liabilities and responsibilities of damages and/or injuries that arise from the use, or inability to use its products, whether resulting from direct or indirect use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact their vehicles manufacturer to ensure that Vision Bulbs products are compatible with their vehicle prior to installation.

Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments

Shipping charges are automatically applied to orders upon Check Out. For orders (namely overseas) where the cost of shipping exceeds the amount initially charged, a subsequent request for the difference will be sent.

If any damages to the contents of purchasers order(s) occur during shipping, Vision Bulbs will replace the products with the same product of the same value. Replacements may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Order Return/Cancellation Policy

Items damaged en route to the purchaser and items that are flawed or faulty are to be returned within 7 days of the date of sale. Prior to making a return, the purchaser is responsible for contacting Customer Service to report the matter. A service record will be initiated by Customer Service to ensure that a replacement part can be sent out immediately upon receipt of the returned item(s).

All returns must be unused, unaltered, and must include all hardware, instructions, etc. A Return Form accompany all returned merchandise. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned at the purchaser's expense.

Vision Bulbs reserves the rights to cancel orders (and refund money) where shipping costs go beyond what is deemed feasible by our discretion.

Warranty Claims

Vision Bulbs provides warranties for most of the products it sells. Warranties vary by product, but in most cases include a no-questions asked replacement guarantee. Please refer to the product description on our site for details on the warranty length and stipulations. Please note that for products exceeding a value of $100, warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of fault by a professional installer.

Security/Privacy

Vision Bulbs uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt credit card and other sensitive information during product purchases. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, credit card information is never transmitted over the internet again.

Please note, although the very best protection policies and safeguard procedures are in place, there is always a remote possibility of fraud. Vision Bulbs assumes no responsibility, liability, or accountability for the fraudulent use of purchaser credit card and credit card/personal information. If a purchaser believes unauthorized use of their credit information has occurred, they should immediately follow the reporting procedures defined by their credit card's issuing bank and inform Vision Bulbs of this matter.
